Of all the COVID-19 pandemic’s impacts, the rise of hybrid work could have the greatest long-term effect on real estate. Upflex’s Christophe Garnier digs in at Blueprint.

Employees have voted and the consensus is clear: Flexibility is the future of work. Yet, even two and a half years after the start of COVID-19, many companies haven’t set concrete policies around how often employees should work in an office, versus working remotely.

After offices of all kinds switched to remote work over the past two years, it remains unclear to many companies how often employees should be at the physical office.

This phenomenon has plenty of lingering after-effects for commercial real estate, and Upflex CEO Christophe Garnier will join U.S. Public Buildings Service‘s Matt Hoffman, Kastle Systems‘ Haniel Lynn, and moderator David Hirschman, Blueprint‘s chief content officer, in a discussion on how tech can bridge some of the disruption wrought by this new normal: “How Hybrid Work Is Transforming Office Management.”

Don’t miss the panel at Blueprint on Wednesday 14 Sept. 2022 from 2:40pm – 3:15pm CT.

It’s not too late to register for this year’s event, taking place at Las Vegas’s MGM Grand Hotel this September 12-14. Get your passes here.
