With the rise of remote work, coworking space operators are starting to see an uptick from a new type of user: the hybrid worker. Venture X Downtown Doral is expanding to meet the demand. Located in Miami’s premier town center with a vibrant community of culture and commerce, Venture X Downtown Doral is open around the clock, so you can work when you need to in a secure environment — with room to spread out. This location offers 15,000 square feet of modern, flexible workspace with all amenities you need to be productive, from high-end desks, ergonomic chairs, insulated walls for sound masking, access to conference rooms, a fully stocked café, invitations to exclusive member-only events.

But it’s not just their good looks and handy amenities that keep them going — with the pandemic-era rise of distributed work, coworking space operators around the globe are starting to see an uptick from a new type of user: the hybrid worker. Venture X Downtown Doral is experiencing — and expanding to meet — this new kind of demand.

“A lot changed in our demand last year, starting from the immense growth in the private office search, rather than open desks,” managing partner Mario Padovani tells Upflex. “We also received numerous leads from Fortune 500 companies looking for smaller offices to occupy more people.”

Among their new leads, BenQ — a tech products and consumer electronics company headquartered in Taiwan — signed on for a six-person hub to accommodate 20 rotating employees.

One feature space operators say is especially relevant is their pandemic safety standards: Venture X  is an Upflex-certified  Safe Space,  meaning they comply with local and global health and safety guidelines in light of the pandemic.

To accommodate the changing world of work, Padovani says, the space has just signed on for a 5,000 square foot expansion. By the end of this year, they  plan to make available an additional 34 new private offices with a total capacity of 70 seats.

The space is perfect for individuals who want to work from a professional office space and for companies that want an upgraded and inclusive space to call home. For those that enjoy an open-style working environment, the space features high-top open desks, along with plenty of soft seating in the community and café areas. Phone booths are available when additional privacy is needed.
