What’s next for workspace? For nearly five years, our team has been building solutions that address this question, and in order to do that well, we need to keep our finger on the pulse.

From our conversations with brokers at the top of the industry, heads of real estate, facilities managers and leadership at companies of all sizes from start-ups to global corporations, I can say with certainty that there are so many ideas circulating about how to disrupt and transform the traditional office model. As employers navigate the current climate and respond to employees’ demand for continued workplace flexibility, these conversations are richer and more energized than they’ve ever been. At Upflex, we’re big believers in the idea that the more voices in the conversation, the more innovative the outcome. So, we’re throwing open the doors: Starting later this month, we’ll host the first in a series of webinars about the future of workspace, sharing intel on hybrid and flex space strategies, helping companies prepare for what’s coming down the road.

On Thursday, June 24th at 11:30am ET, guests Schneider Electric Director of Real Estate Karen McClellan, Colliers International  VP of Account Management Scott Moore, and Upflex SVP of Enterprise Workplace Solutions Liassine Talbi will join flex space expert and consultant Mike LaRosa, moderator, for a live discussion on the future of flex workspace and the hybrid workplace.

Join us June 24 at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Enterprise organizations are developing and rolling out hybrid work policies on a massive scale. Some are targeting employee safety, engagement and retention; others are looking to reduce their real estate footprints. But increasingly, large companies are exploring tools like Upflex to help meet their sustainability benchmarks. Schneider Electric is one of these companies.

I’m excited get a look from this panel’s perspective at the state of the industry now and moving forward. I’m also looking forward to this update on Schneider’s own hybrid strategy, in which they’re leveraging their innovative products and solutions with Upflex’s real estate tech and global workspace network — a partnership we launched earlier this year.

Brokered by Moore’s team at Colliers, Schneider put together the plan to address employee happiness, a reduced real estate footprint, not to mention the company’s ambitious sustainability benchmarks. I hope we’ll hear more about how, using Upflex, they’re well on their way to dramatically reducing employee commute time, reducing carbon emissions, and conserving resources across the board.
