Safe Spaces™ Additional Terms of Use- Users

As of March 25, 2020

In response to COVID-19, some of our Space Partners are implementing additional sanitation and social distancing measures to comply with CDC guidelines for businesses and employers, including the OSHA Guidance for Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19 (for Spaces located within the United States) and/or the World Health Organization or other applicable local and/or regional governing body’s guidelines and requirements (for Spaces located outside the United States) (collectively, the “COVID-19 Guidelines for Businesses”) to enable you to continue utilizing certain Spaces. Within our booking platform, you’ll now have the ability to see whether a Space is complying with COVID-19 Guidelines for Businesses for cleaning and disinfection of Spaces and social distancing.

Given the ever-changing guidance around best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we recommend that prior to booking a Space, you confirm the Space remains open and is complying with the COVID-19 Guidelines for Businesses.

As always, Users book and use Spaces at their own risk and Spaces are available “as-is”. Upflex has no control over and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any Space (and specifically does not confirm and/or guarantee that Space Partners are complying with the COVID-19 Guidelines for Businesses and/or other regulations or guidance relating to COVID-19). Upflex does not endorse any User, Guests, Space Partners, or Space. You should always exercise due diligence and care when deciding whether to accept a booking request from a User, use a Space, or communicate and interact with other Users, whether online or in person.

These Response Program Additional Terms of Use are an addendum to our Terms of Service, which remain applicable at all times. Defined terms used herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
